China and Ruby travel to the tiny town of Indigo, Texas, for a fair and a colour dying workshop. Indigo is in the process of reviving itself when Casey Ford decides to sell the mining rights, effectively signing Indigo's death-warrant. But, before he can sign the necessary paperwork, Casey dies as a result of a gunshot wound.
With the whole town having a reason to want Casey dead, there is no shortage of suspects. And a further murder proves that some people will do anything to keep their secrets.
A mystery that lived up to expectations. A well-plotted mystery, with just enough additional information to keep me interested and the story flowing.
