The President of Ng'ombwana is to visit London, and despite previous attempts on his life, he doesn't want to submit to the proposed security measures.
Because Alleyn went to boarding school with the President, he's roped in, in an effort to get him to fall in line.
Despite everybody's best efforts, a murder does take place during a reception in the Ng'ambwana embassy.
