When Kirsten Waller is found dead in a bath tub in a Cornish Cottage, her daughter Sam is the only one not prepared to accept the official verdict of suicide. And her conviction that her mother was murdered is strenghtened by the fact that her mother's notebook as well as a poem have gone missing.
For a long time Sam has to look for prove of her suspicions alone. But even when others start sharing her suspicions and supporting her, it may not be enough to safe her. The Murder Bird is getting ready to strike again.
Interesting story, and a decent read, but nothing spectacular. I never really felt like I was reading a thriller.
